  • Dr. Grunwald served as Director and Coordinator of Distance Education Programs, Soil and Water Sciences Department, University of Florida (11/2001 – 5/2011).

  • She teaches various graduate courses (on-campus and distance education mode),; and has taught numerous undergraduate courses, workshops, and short courses.

  • She developed the EcoLearnIT Reusable Learning Object (RLO) Education platform providing learning materials related to environmental, agriculture, and life science topics. 

  • She has engaged in open global education and capacity building projects.
